To sanitize, deodorize, and renew your Buckwheat Hull product place it in direct sunlight (in front of a window or outside) for 2 hours every couple of months.
Hygiene: Eventually you will want to wash your pillow. Open pillow - the hulls must be removed prior to washing. Wash and dry casing. Replace the hulls and close the casing. Otherwise use a damp cloth only being careful not to soak the fabric casing and Buckwheat Hulls.
