The Heat Wrap is filled with a Natural Processed Grain, in the Oat Family. The size is 5 1/2" x 22" and divided into 4 sections, with an open channel across the length, to move the contents back and forth for an even distribution of heat. This also makes the wrap light weight. (If you have chronic pain, you do not want something heavy.) The wrap itself, weighs about 1 3/4 pounds. Shipping to the US would be approximately $6.50.
