This Cool Pack is filled with non-toxic absorbent crystals. Just soak in cool water until plump (approximately 45 minutes). Roll in a towel to remove the excess water. Place the mat inside the cover. It holds its coolness for days.

The mat itself works totally through evaporation. 

The outer surface of the mat stays relatively dry.

This mat is hand washable, with a mild detergent and hang to dry. I hang mine over the shower rod, when not in use.  It needs to be in a place where the air can circulate . It can be used over and over again, by simply re-soaking.

We provide a waterproof mat cover to place the mat inside. This cover has waterproof fabric on the bottom side so if you were to place it on the couch or your bed it will stay dry.
