Hello.

Welcome to my site. Here you will find some paintings I have completed, in the "Wet on Wet" style. I use Oils, mainly on canvas, but sometimes on canvas boards. I first encountered this style of painting, on the Discovery channel on Sky T.V. I had always thought I would like to paint, but really never had the courage to give it a go. Then one day I saw Bob Ross completing a fabulous painting before my eyes, in 30 mins. flat, and I thought, "this is for me...its now or never". So I set about getting as much info as I could, from various sources. I ordered a "Basic oil painting set"from Brenda Byrne [mentioned below], and attended one of her classes.I was hooked. Now I try to get as much practice in as I can, and I can only recommend it to anyone who would like to relax and "Enjoy Painting"

This is very much an ongoing project for me, and, encouraged by people such as Susan Warne [www.ayoubart.co.uk], Brenda Byrne [www.brendasartsupplies.com], and Darrell Crow [www.darrellcrow.com], I am moved to produce more, and better work as time goes on.

My aim is to be able to show others how this can be achieved.
